Delivery & returns

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (UK) for £3.99 per order. Orders are usually sent within 2 working days, and you'll get tracking by email. Custom name ledges can take a few extra days while the paint dries.

We don't deliver outside the UK at the moment.

Returns

If you change your mind about a standard ledge, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving it. Email us first, then send it back unused in its packaging to Ogey Bogey, 47 Bengal Street, Manchester M4 6BB. We'll refund the price of the ledge and the original delivery charge within 14 days of getting it back. You pay for the return postage.

Custom name ledges are made to order with your chosen text, so they can't be returned if you change your mind.

Damaged or wrong item?

If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email contact@ogeybogey.com with a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
